Tony & Twizzle's tour diary

We've been having an absolutely super time in the north, we love Northerners, they're so...well...northern. We've been in Liverpool and Newcastle, which were very, very northern indeed and this coming Friday we are headed to Southport. Twiz is bringing her rubber ring but she shouldn't get her hopes up, the sea is just a myth in Southport. After that we don our climbing boots and head off to Kendal on 12th Feb to stock up on mint cake and then the fabulous shores of Lake Derwentwater in Keswick on 25th Feb.Do join us, we'd love to see you.You get chance to ask us questions, feel free to ask anything you like, it's a warts and all show, and in the second half we pick your questions out of a bin. Don't be put off by the word "bin", it's a very glamorous one covered in gold stars. Anyway, bye for now and hope to see you soon!

What a wonderful evening we spent with Tony and Twizzle at York! Brilliant from start to finish [which arrived, oh so soon!]
We've been lucky to share Hector's House, Knights of the Occasional Table and Withering Looks at York with the Lip Service crew - and we know before we arrive that we're going to be in for a real treat! We're just sad that we missed some of the earlier shows, and hoping we might be lucky enough to get a re-run at some point. Any chance of you doing Knit one, Murdr one again, please??!!
Brilliant entertainment, thank you so much for enriching our lives

Well it's nearly all over and we truly have enjoyed ourselves... not least in the wings laughing at the auditionees!! For me, it's the first time I have performed on the stage of the Theatre Royal ( though was in the studio in Feb). What a privilege . Really don't want to leave it!!
The " pros" have been so warm towards us throughout . Although Amanda ( choir mistress ) ruined her Joyce Grenfell image by telling an Essex girl joke last night.
Would do it all again.
Love to all in the chorus
