Withering Looks Tour 2011

Next year we will be doing a celebratory tour of Withering Looks as part of our 25th anniversary. Bookings are still coming in but we will be touring around the whole country, not just the north. Venues include Buxton opera House, Chipping Norton Theatre, Wolverhampton Arena, Portsmouth New Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds, South Shields,and many more. More dates for Best Bits

I can tell you that our anniversary gala performance, The Best Bits of LipService is sold out at The Library Theatre. We have two new dates at The Lowry, Mon 14th & Tues 15th June. Telephone booking is now open 0843 208 6000. Do book early as the tickets will go.
Also Desperate to be Doris is returning to The Library 11th-15th May and The Brindley 19th & 20th May. New dates in the summer at Harrogate Theatre and Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds plus Oldham Coliseum and Keswick Theatre by the Lake in the autumn.

Happy New Year Happy New Decade

Happy New Year to you all. It is our 25th anniversary season this year and it kicks off with a tour of our Sherlock Holmes spoof Move Over Moriarty. In May we are back in the North West with Desperate to be Doris. Last time round people were desperate to get tickets so do book early and don't miss out. On June 20th we are having a special anniversary gala night at the Library Theatre, nearly sold out so hurry up and book. There will be more Doris in the summer and autumn all over the country so watch this space!

Manchester Evening News Award nomination

Desperate to be Doris has been nominated for a Manchester Evening News award in the Special Entertainment category. We are absolutely thrilled, particularly for the Manchester choir who performed for two weeks in addition to their day jobs. Well done everyone, let's hope we win.

Looking forward to The Brindley

Really looking forward to the run at The Brindley, choir sounded fab on Saturday, the Dakota descant is worth the trip alone, also to see Malcolm and Tony from the Manchester choir taking new roles. See you Manchester lot there on Saturday. Please come in good voice!
